ideal base for exploring chennai's vibrant landmarks and parks

My stay was enjoyable with excellent security and a friendly staff that made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. being just a few steps away from beautiful Nageshwara Rao Park and the iconic Kapaleeshwarar Temple made my daily strolls incredibly delightful.

The room and toilet area felt weak and tired!!! The keycard kept malfunctioning, requiring repeated trips to reception. Also, the steam room was not in operation without any notice. Hopefully, something gets fixed soon!!!

Family with children will enjoy their stay

We had the privilege of staying two nights, the standout for us was Mr Kandan. This guy went above and beyond, getting us breakfast at 5:30 AM and even packed sandwiches for the hospital like he knew our needs.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but for the experience we got, it was still acceptable.

Enjoyed excellent hospitality, especially during themed dinner nights but faced issues with check-in delays due to staff inefficiency.

The gyudon dishes at the restaurant blew my mind—so savory, cooked to perfection! Plus, the breakfast spread was a feast for the eyes and palate. The staff were attentive, always on hand for anything I needed.

Had a bit of a hiccup with the dining discount that I thought applied but got told it didn’t—really felt off. They also wanted instant payment instead of charging to the room, which was a tad unprofessional. Still, the tasty food made up for it!

the room was a disaster, with laundry on the floor and cockroaches making surprise visits. the staff had no clue how to deal with my complaints, as if they were trained to ignore me. i expected a room upgrade for such inconveniences but was treated like every other ordinary guest. i almost could’ve given 5 stars but just couldn’t.

I appreciated the responsiveness of the staff, especially Mr Anand Sekar, who genuinely sought to address my concerns. The city view from my room added charm to my stay, making mornings brighter. The housekeeping team maintained cleanliness, which contributed positively to my experience.

Had a delightful four-night stay with exceptional hospitality from the staff. The breakfast at Cappuccino was a culinary adventure with not just a plethora of options, but also a magical touch from the attentive waiters like Rohit, who made mornings enjoyable with refreshing juices and a wide variety of dishes. The location is perfect for exploring Chennai, with easy access to cultural hotspots like Dakshin.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, and the morning buffet offered a delightful mix of local and international dishes (those dosas were a must-try! ). Plus, the gardens created a lovely atmosphere for relaxation.
